This oversized shirt is crafted from an upcycled Balaramapuram kasavu saree, handwoven in one of Kerala’s oldest weaving clusters. The saree’s golden zari borders and traditional motifs are reimagined here as cuffs, hems, and detailing, carrying the quiet elegance of kasavu into a contemporary silhouette.Every piece reflects the journey of the fabric: once woven for ceremonies and tradition, now reshaped for everyday wear. The peacock motif on the front and the intricate woven patch at the back are preserved as living fragments of the loom’s history.

Order Fulfilment
Upon confirmation of your order, our team initiates a standard processing window of two (2) business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During this period, each item undergoes stringent quality control before dispatch.
Should your order involve an item under restocking or backorder, a member of our customer care team will notify you via your registered email address with an updated timeline.
Domestic Shipping (India)
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within India. Estimated delivery time post-dispatch ranges from 3 to 7 business days, subject to regional
courier capabilities and external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes).
International Shipping
For orders placed outside India:
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout, based on weight, destination, and prevailing courier rates.
• Customs duties, import taxes, and any additional levies imposed by the destination country are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Split Shipments
In circumstances where your order comprises multiple items, Naeth reserves the right to fulfill and dispatch the order in separate consignments. Tracking information will be provided for each individual shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
To maintain the integrity of our collections, returns and exchanges shall be subject to the following conditions:
• The request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags, labels, and garment covers intact.
• A continuous, unedited unboxing video, from sealed package to item reveal, is mandatory to establish the claim's authenticity. Returns without this proof will be summarily rejected.
• Customised, made-to-order, or items marked as Final Sale are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable, with no exceptions.
Return Process
Domestic (India): Initiate your return or exchange by contacting our Customer Experience team via WhatsApp at with your order number and unboxing video. Upon approval, a reverse pickup will be scheduled. A return shipping fee of INR 150 will be deducted from the refundable amount unless the return pertains to a defective or incorrect item.
International: Please contact our team on WhatsApp with your order number, unboxing video, and reason for return. Customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of return shipping. Naeth may, at its sole discretion, provide a pre-paid return label for eligible claims.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refund Timeline
• Once the returned item is received at our facility, it undergoes a quality inspection within 24 hours. If the item satisfies the return conditions, the refund process will commence within two (2) to three (3) business days.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Due to banking and gateway processing timelines, please allow up to twenty (20) business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are permitted only for products of equal greater value than the original item.
• Once an exchange has been initiated, it is deemed final and the newly issued item shall not be eligible for further return, refund, or exchange.
• Items part of the Archive Sale, Flash Sale, or marked
non-exchangeable are excluded from this policy.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch. If cancellation is requested post-shipment, the customer must await delivery and initiate a return as per the policy above. Refunds for post-shipment cancellations will be processed only after the item is returned to and approved by our quality team.
Limitation of Liability
Naeth shall not be held liable for:
• Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to force majeure, courier delays, customs cleara nce, or governmental restrictions.
• Any loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit for items returned by the customer, particularly in international shipments where Naeth is not responsible for return logistics unless otherwise agreed.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This policy and all transactions entered into via our platform shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
